After receiving your order, we may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm the order before dispatch.
An order is considered confirmed once it has been verified by Trevara.shop.
2. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
However, slight differences in colour or appearance may occur because of screen settings, lighting or product batches.
3. Prices
All prices displayed on Trevara.shop are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless otherwise stated.
Delivery charges, where applicable, will be communicated before or during order confirmation.
4. Cash on Delivery
Trevara.shop may offer Cash on Delivery for eligible locations and products.
Customers must provide a valid telephone number and delivery address.
For COD orders, payment is made to the delivery representative when the order is delivered.

5. Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation before an order has been dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Repeated refusal of confirmed COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.

- Place fraudulent orders
- Abuse promotional offers
- Attempt to interfere with the website
- Use the website for unlawful purposes
